I don't understand why there is a crisis. Biden and the left want open borders. If that is true, why would they worry about how many people are flooding in? Don't they want everyone to come in for the free healthcare and unemployment checks?

It's called the DC 2 step. Both parties do it. Pretend you are opposed to something in front of the cameras while supporting it and working on its advancement behind the scenes.
