USAA if you qualify - the premiums are often slightly higher than the competition, but they more than make up for it when you need it.
Other than that I can tell you to stay away from AllState for home insurance - source: my cousin was an appraiser for them who traveled to all of the natural disasters.

Agreed with USAA rates. They do seem higher than average but not a ton. But customer service is top notch. Also quick to approve my roof!
