Gangsta Pear needs to hire a mean Gangsta Bear to coach Defense. That's the major need at this point in time.

Solution: Hire Kim to take over the putrid Women's program and let her coach Defense for the Men. The woman knows how to coach and is not a softie. I promise you, she could get the men up to speed on Defense. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
