Alleva sent one email. If he really wanted to fire him he should have been working every avenue to get it done. Alleva is a weak bitch that managed to fall up after destroying duke.

Les is a creep and joe is weak.

Because joe was a weak bitch, he ruined duke lax by jumping the gun.

While here it was jumping the gun and half measures.

frick, being AD at LSU you only send one email saying we should fire les as a cya. If he wanted it done he would have pushed harder, it should have been extremely easy after 1/9 but no one liked joe.

Lesson here is try to have people like you and maybe you can actually get shite done. Joe just stands to the side and whispers fire him.

Yeah, Les turned out to be one stubborn SOB. Change the offense, oh I promise I will, and then never changed shite. Stop getting creepy around girls, oh yeah I’ll do that, doesn’t change jack shite. What a stubborn son of a bitch.

You clearly aren’t in charge where you work. As another poster stated earlier, you don’t fish in the company pond. I’m in the military and won’t even be in a room with a closed door with a female. What les did was the unprofessional at best. You want to cheat on your wife? Ok. Don’t pressure college age employees to fool around with you.

I looked up Andrea Gallo & even Kubena & such & in the last 3 months she has done more than 30 negative stories on LSU & 90% of them are on this sexual stuff.

Watching what most of these "sportswriters" have become during this Covid bullshite is extremely irritating. They want people to be scared and outraged. They have an agenda and they will write about anything that supports it.

Was his behavior inappropriate? Absolutely, but let's not try and act he sexually assaulted anyone. You have a lot of people telling you how great you are and you begin to think you can do whatever you want. He found out that wasn't true.

Miles had regular dinners around BR with then Governor Jindal. Jindal appointees ran the LSU BOS. His BOS hired Alleva and F King. Now do you understand why Alleva was weak?

This. It'd be one thing if it was a early/mid twenties new hire assistant analyst hitting on a student worker (even that would be stupid), but it was the 50+ year old head of the organization. That makes it significantly worse and would get any manager fired at any decently sized corporation.

That’s the whole point, everyone will focus on the Les stuff while LSU admin gets away with some minor disciplinary action and no real change.

were any laws broken? any Title IX violations?

Yes, sexual harassment is in all the law books.

And yes on Title IX violations. Miles specified a particular race, gender, body type that he wanted hired, and all others were to be fired or their hours docked. Miles also targeted employees for "personal stimulation". Clear violations.

You clearly missed my point.
Its incorrect behavior but its being portrayed as the end all of evil behavior in the world.

But rage on I guess.
