TBH- most normal people don't want to be deposed as fact witnesses (though there are some who really enjoy it). A clerk has ZERO authority to dismiss a case without a court order. If she thought otherwise, very bizarre.

the bigger picture being missed here is the number of counties in mi that used dominion. the state republican party has been asking all along how many other counties need to be audited
