If you read the article it list all the companies in the Louisiana and Houston area that have massive production problems. BASF is the global leader in MDI, TDI and Polyol. Almost all foam, adhesive, commercial glues, insulation, sealants contain it.
Once you read that list of companies and what they make your going to see why construction costs are going to go through the roof if not shut jobs down all together. It will eventually start creeping into commodity prices as well
