And State did have control over the old Left Field Lounge. The spots were numbered and you had to pay an annual fee, even a 5 year wait list to get a spot. It was up to you to design your own lounge.

State prioritized students in the construction of the New Dude. For Alex Box, students were an afterthought or simply lumped in with other bleacher fans.

We can certainly agree to disagree
. My opinion on this issue stems from what I hear from LSU students who visit Dudy, Swayze, and the likes and wish they had something similar. In due time, I think it will come. I have a really close friend who is an LSU fan and we talk about LSU replicating State's Lounges, but instead of every rig having a grill, have a boiler and fryers equipped for each lounge
