My thought is, it’s illegal for me to fudge my income in order to get a better interest rate or loan terms. So given that he was knowingly lying about his age his whole career (and using falsified records) can his former teams that signed him (based on a perceived value) sue him to try and recoup damages?

I dont think baseball organizations want law enforcement agencies looking into their practices in Latin America
