There's a whole lot of the point being missed in the responses to this OP.
Kamara is a multimillion dollar investment of the Saints football team. Teams often put clauses and restrictions into contracts and on players that are designed to keep them from participating in activities that could risk injury thus negatively effecting the team. The "just let him live" mantra doesn't apply to NFL players.
With that said, this is not an activity that I think any team would deem dangerous. If he's out there running half pipes and shite then sure, get him back in NOLA. This simple snowboarding is a minimal risk activity.
There has to be a balance between limiting what players can do and them actually doing things.

The balance is in whatever the two parties agreed to when they signed the contract.
It really doesn’t matter whether you or anyone else finds this activity as excessively risky or not.
