Let it grow. It will be worth *alot* more for every year you let it grow. I'm jealous lol.

As an aside, I like building furniture and good wood is getting harder to find every year. If you have good hardwood you are sitting on a goldmine some time down the road. White oak and walnut ate going to be harder to find in the future. WO is currently like $4-5 a BF for flat sawn and walnut is like $7-ish per BF. In 10 years it is going to be twice that.

I’m not selling anytime soon. Probably won’t until my oldest is out of high school. He’s five

So he’d do better selling now and investing it in the stock market?
