Buy a Chrysler or Dodge, used low mile, know it won’t be worth shot in 5-10 years when your kids have destroyed it and be ok with that because it cost half the price of a Honda or Toyota. I loved road trips in our old Grand Caravan.

I agree with this guy. As pointed out above, the resale is not great. Think about that slowly. That a plus for you.
Buy a used one, own it for 3 years maybe four, sell it then jump into the nicer ones.
Babies gonna mess that inside up.
