that would be true but there is also a much larger portion of that look like the 30%-35% range in the male photos above that consider themselves only slightly overweight, like the OP.
for non trained, average american, adults, you can estimate your BF& from the following formula
(1.39*BMI) + (0.16*age) -(10.34-gender)-9
gender- male=1, female=0
The damn average BF% for an american male is close around 35% btw, actually for males and females. disgusting.
