Like breaded and fried? From reading up on this diet, that's not allowed. And I think the trade-off for eating only meat would be to prepare it as healthy as possible. Like grilled or oven roasted.

Black coffee or unsweet tea. Some teas have enough caffeine to make a great substitute for energy drinks, and they are much better for you. If using a sweetener, I'd go with monkfruit sweetener.

No, I mean sticking with 100% protein but frying as an alternative to mix it up from time to time. Like fried chicken or fried fish
