You claimed that the batteries cost as much as the mower and added “if you can find one”.

There’s two or four batteries in the Ryobi riding mowers depending on the model you get, and each one can be replaced for less than $200. They are common batteries with generic brand options.

The EGO mowers accept the same format of batteries as their weed eater and push mower. It can accept 6 at one time but you only need 4 if they are the beefy ones.

A simple Google search would have revealed this.
