Given the track record of battery cycle life in yard equipment, I would never spend $3k on a battery power mower. They're not selling you tesla battery tech for that price. In a few years, you will be able to mow half your yard on a charge. New battery (if you can even find one) will cost as much as a new mower. Thanks but no thanks. Bought a small riding mower last year. I expect it to last me 20 years. Spend maybe $1-2 per cut to operate.
