Yep. Let's blame the casino and not accept blame by showing off the money and inviting a low life hooker to your room to party.

Now, how they got a pass key is kind of suspect, but that's his story. Did he open the door himself and not want to admit he shares a good bit of the blame for his misfortune. And just because they have CCTV, that doesn't mean they know every guest in every room by sight and monitor who comes and goes every time someone enters or leaves a room.
