They are making Democrat favored rulings to try and keep them from court packing

But if they are making rulings on that basis, what difference does it really make if the court gets packed, or not?

Curious why you post that picture? What you think it means?
It was a joke.

The preceding poster typed "leches," when he apparently intended to type "laches."

The latter is something akin to a statute of limitations under the common law, while the former is a plural variant of the noun "lecher" ... meaning "a man given to excessive sexual indulgence; a lascivious or licentious man."

Both Trump and Epstein have been described consistent with that definition. Leches.

Like it or not ... agree with it or not ... political prosecution or not ... Trump is the subject of a criminal investigation in the State of New York.

At this point in time (after completion of his term), there is zero basis in the law for denying the prosecutor access to relevant documentation.

Will Trump ever by convicted? Probably not. But that is an ENTIRELY different question.

I hope you will be on stand-by to sue the frick out of everyone when the returns are leaked.

Because that is what this is really all about.

This is so stupid. His taxes were already leaked. Will prosecutors leak his taxes for political reasons now and it is just fine?

There were some leaked in September. Did they prove anything about his businesses or personal. It was personal now they are looking at his businesses and personal.

If the prosecution leaks documents that were ordered to be produced under seal, YES, I think that the court should sanction the CRAP out of the prosecutor.

Every page should be produced with a watermark, and the prosecutor should be WHOLLY responsible if one of those water-marked pages sees the light of day.

Documents are OFTEN produced in this way during certain types of litigation, and it provides a SIGNIFICANT incentive for the lawyers to protect the integrity of the documents.
