Camper Troubleshooting

I'm working with the dealer I bought the unit from but wanted to see if OB had any suggestions.
My camper's slide moved in on it's during that rainstorm we had around thanksgiving. The switch then went dead. Brought it to the dealer and they fixed it under warranty. I picked it up a couple of weeks ago.
Last weekend, I wanted to remove the liquid from the tanks in the camper to prepare for this winter storm. I hooked up power to the camper only to have the slide out, that I had issues previously, move out on it's own. The switch does not work.
Tried pulling the switch and installing it backwards to reverse the error but that didn't work either. I'm wondering if water got the the relay or something that is causing a short.
I'm charging the battery to rule out low amperage is the cause.
Any thoughts as to what could be wrong are welcomed.

Did you check the breaker? if the limit switch for the slide out made the motor keep trying, it may have overheated and tripped the breaker.
correction, I said breaker, but that will probably operate off of DC? My camper doesn't have a slide out, so I don't know anything about them, but they have to have a limit switch to stop the motor when it's all the way out/in.

Years ago I had a fifth wheel that had a remote that controlled everything. The control unit went crazy and moved the slides out and let the jacks down while driving down the interstate. Sparks were flying everywhere... Man that thing was a F'n POS.
Good luck. Electrical gremlins suck.
