WW is my favorite Zelda ever made. I don't say that flippantly as I keep them all in high regard, minus a few of them.

I'm currently about halfway through BotW and it's absolutely a contender for that title (late to the party I know). I let someone borrow my GC copy of WW years ago and never got it back. I'd love to play through it again on the Switch with my daughter along for the ride.

I am in this boat. Pun intended.

I love OoT and MM and Link to the Past and Awakening, etc. All groundbreaking. All amazing. All legendary titles.

But for some reason there's just polish in WW that sets it apart. It doesn't do anything new, but feels completely new at the same time. The story, The Red Lion, the Fortresses.

It's a pure gaming bliss all the way through.

WW is a more friendly, innocent Zelda. It’s bright and fun. I enjoyed it as a kid and still would if it was remastered. It didn’t get the same quality of reviews as OOT when it came out, but that’s just that it had too much to live up to. WW is a really solid game. The boat mechanics could be annoying with how much time was spent sailing, but it wasn’t terrible
