Just for your information, the Cato institute is not what I would call friendly to America First conservatism.
They're an outright enemy of Trumpism.
They are libertarian globalists that do everything they can to frick over the working poor and the middle class with unchecked and out of control immigration. They constantly antagonized the Trump Admin on a lot of policy items that was deemed to be too much help to the working class.
CATO who supports open borders had this going during the DC riots back in the summer.
