This makes me so happy and wish that I could post the “It’s Happening” gif.

apparenty cassidy has beat us to the punch. just received this note:
This morning on my way to work I saw a billboard (coming from downtown on I-10 approaching the LSU Lake on the right) with Cassidy's picture stating "Thank you Senator Casdidy for upholding our constitution." I was past it before I could see who paid for it.
can anyone here confirm this???
