I think we will not meet the definition of a political committee as long as we stay away from express advocacy - i.e. advocating for or against the election or defeat of an identified candidate for public office.
Here, we are just saying he's a POS, so should be good as being just issue advocacy.

You can put a call to action on their if you want. A link to a website where people can leave their email or something to keep in touch for future action.
