Chili on Thursday, chicken vegetable soup last night, and I think some kind of seafood bisque with creamed cauliflower tomorrow or Monday. I’m also thawing a chicken and some beef ribs for the smoker tonight or tomorrow. Making beef broth with the rib bones once they’re eaten

Yep, we are thawing the freezer too. I make all kinds of big batch meals throughout the year that I never feel like defrosting during "normal" times, so they get defrosted when we have our reliable yearly freeze.

Tonight is defrosted braised pork shoulder stew. Also defrosting some bacon cheddar jalapeno sausage, but obviously will just slice and pan fry. Monday will be oven baked wings and oven fries (I've had this massive pack of wings in the freezer since summer). Tuesday will defrost some chili.

Will barely make a dent too. Still plenty more pork stew, red beans, white beans, vegetable soup, etc. in the freezer.
