Sundance had an article that Barr assisted Biden with his E.O.s before he left in Dec. Barr wanted to retire. He could have stayed on for Biden he is the swamp...But his mission to safeguard the institution, RR, Honest Bob, Comey, McCabe... all of them--- was done.
