It should have gone to the state legislatures, but it didn't. A lot of things should have happened, but they didn't. Congress certified the electors, and Biden was sworn in. As much as I don't like it, he is the president. An illegitimate one maybe, but the only way to remove him from office is by impeachment.

I'm just asking how can it be proven? In Maricopa county for instance Jovan Pulitzer can scan the ballots to audit whether they were counted correctly. If he is right we can prove fraud or at the very least gross negligence in Maricopa, but if you take Georgia for instance where 66k voters were under age; how can you prove these voters were Biden voters?

I see all the down votes, but it's an honest question.
