I think what she was trying to say is," McConnell thinks it's OK to drone Americans who do terrorism so he should be all for impeaching Trump."

She's just so stupid & inarticulate that it sounded like she was advocating for droning Americans who "incite violence".

I went back and listened to it again. She doesn't come out and say that drone strikes should be done but subtly suggests it. She calls the rioters domestic terrorists but also just casually talks about how terrorists were dealt with in the past. She just throws it out there to see if it sticks. She can claim that she never suggested it if she is ever called out on it but why even talk about drones? She'll just say that she was talking about McConnell and how could he not vote for convicting Trump because he was for drone strikes against people for inciting.
