Yes, Saban complained about the LSU fanbase several times.

I remember 2004 well. When Saban went 9-4 and lost their bowl game, these "fans" were talking serious crap about him. Only a year out of a NC and some fans weren't giving him any grace at all...it just all seems to familiar now.
