LSU choked but the fix was in

It as so obvious ...spread was Texas Tech -3.5 .... The game was over 74-71 LSU loses...out of nowhere the refs call a phantom foul and put 1.5 secs back on the clock sending Tech to the line...they hit both free throws and win by 5. Glad I didn’t bet!

Yup fix was definitely in for Vegas to lose money by letting a favorite that had most of the bets cover.

If you bet Lsu it was a hell of a bad beat, probably a bad enough beat to stick in your head and entice you to start a thread about it hours later. I get it, I’ve been there. But it wasn’t fixed.

There was an obvious foul with time left on the clock. I would have been more surprised if they didn’t call it. A 3 point game still isn’t completely over even with 1 second left. It’s unlikely but they could miss two free throws and LSU could have hit a full court shot. The refs wouldn’t have been doing their jobs if they didn't call that foul.

The refs did the right thing

Glad I didn’t bet it except in a teaser where I got LSU +6. That is very frustrating. And that was in a parlay.
The play of LSU along with its biggest clients should dictate some soon-to-be obvious stuff. Today was an easy win (recall the scene where Watford and Smart were helping Leblanc up). Victory seemed obvious.
Credit TTU. LSU has pulled that for three years but think of all of the steals we also got...Missouri (down by 14 with 2:30); Arkansas and Auburn that same year...only to be robbed by UF in sec tourney...we can also be a recipient.
This team either sneaks in and gets ousted round one or they make noise and get to elite 8.

The fix was a totally out of control getting a technical. Wade allows everything including trash talking. The announce team mentioned that the Tech coach warned his players about LSU trash talk except Wade. The conclusion is you can trash talk, shoot ridiculous shots, and refuse to play D. It’s fixed LSU has a recruiter but Not a coach.

The fix was not in. If the outcome would have been planned in advance, LSU would not have had a 7 point leas with 59 seconds left in the game. We just frickin blew it.
