The answer is simple. If you and/or your child have a medical condition in which it is not recommended to wear a mask, walk into Cosco with your phone recording audio/video. When the greeter demands you wear a mask explain that you have a medical condition in which wearing a mask is not recommended.

When they insist anyway, you inform them that the Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits businesses from refusing service to people because of medical issues/handicaps. If they still refuse to let you shop without a mask, bring the video to an attorney and sue them.

Uh, no.

The ADA does not require a business to ignore its own rules for you. It simply requires "reasonable accommodation." As to covid/masks, that usually takes the form of letting you sit in your car and them bringing your stuff out to you.

They, and just about any other store, will direct you to their website to order as an accommodation
