That's not true. Your read of the WSB is off a bit.


There was a guy on there last night getting schooled trying to do what you are saying.

u/Beneficial_Ad9475 is the user claiming that it was bots doing it. Made a massive post about 1 DD thread he found claiming that's where it started.


Anybody that tried to point out his flaw he did this:

EDIT #3: Sort by new in this thread and look at all the bots promoting silver. All recently made accounts making their very first comment. I've marked them as shills.


The fact is he was dead wrong and because the size of the community has more than doubled, many people are getting sucked into his flat out lie.

He stated a bot started the DD to pull people away from GME. It was not. It was long time member thehappyhawaiian.

So a guy who has 70,000 Karma and a long time member did the DD and the newer guy with 14,000 karma wrongly stated that a bot did that.
