No one should risk making a joke. This is stupid. It is just a play on the old joke about one party voting on election day and everyone else voting the day after.
Nobody is supposed to be dumb enough to believe it. Welp, I guess they are. I can guess the party that got caught actually trying to vote that way.

He can post all the crazy, inane, idiotic stuff he wants. That's his right under the First Amendment.
It's not his fault people ACTUALLY believed it.
If I said, "The government tracks everything. You can now cast your vote for candidate A by pooping between 7 pm and 8 pm on election night and for candidate B between 8 and 9 pm," and SOMEONE believes it, did I commit fraud?
