Note, California is producing way too much energy. So much so that the state pursued paying Arizona to have some of our electricity. Also, the living costs that cause the homeless problem is due to an unholy coalition of NIMBY (Not In MY BackYard) progressives and conservatives who refuse to allow development to happen because it would ruin the "character" of their precious suburban and nuclear family lifestyle.

If you are going to poke at California's infrastructure misfortune to get some illusionary strength into your words, I could make mentions of the gas fires in Texas. So I suggest you don't go into that losing battle.
