The ruling in Virginia had nothing to do with fraud. The Court enjoined the State from following the new rule in the last election and no late ballots were counted.
You know this is wrong, right?

What is this ruling about? I’m too lazy to look it up and haven’t watched any news today.

Assuming you are talking about PILF vs VA Board of electors he is absolutely correct. The case was a pre-election lawsuit asking the a new rule not be enforced, it had absolutely zero to do with any election fraud.
The judge ruled the Board of Elections rule that allowed late ballots without a postmark or an illegible postmark to be counted when received up to three days after the election was illegal. The original ruling was prior to the election and those votes were not counted. Much like in the Boockvar case in PA where Alito had votes segregated.
Again this case was not about fraud but about whether a new election rule was legal or not.
