I am NOT gay, but support this man. He didn't do anything wrong other than lead hundreds of thousands away from the democrat hell hole of insanity with his "Walk Away" movement.

Why does this piss me off so badly?

In this day and age it's just like starting off a sentence with "I'm not black" when supporting a black person. Sorry they're our fellow citizen and we need to protect each other. It's ridiculous he's arrested, especially since he's supposed to be one of the nicest guys ever. No way this guy started an insurrection, he just managed to be Trump's best campaigner, and that's why they're destroying him.

He’s a real threat to the political establishment.

That’s why he was arrested.

This will just add to his bona fides.

It sucks but it’s going to take some martyrs and people sacrificing their freedom and lives to help break the corrupt American political establishment.

Straka isn’t a keyboard warrior.

He’s an actual real patriot.

Politically motivated persecution. Nothing more. Not to make light of the disgusting Nazi or Stalinist nature of it.

People don't have the stomach for it. The United States lost the most important battle, that was the fight for mind and spirit.

You may be right.

Things have to get a lot worse.

Fortunately the people running the country are speeding toward a cliff.

Seems pretty flimsy for “inciting resurrection.”

It illustrates another difference between Democrats and Republicans.

Republicans, if they were dishonest like Democrats, would be out calling the FBI homophobic and claiming his arrest was a hate crime targeting homosexuals.

Looks like he’s charged with the insurrection at the Capitol. So, he played a stupid game and got his prize

Insurrection requires intent.

Trespassing might suffice here. The former requires a knowledge of intent to do something more than be somewhere he wasn't supposed to be.

So no, nothing supports a charge of insurrection so far.

And that’s exactly what they are saying. Did he really think he could enter Congress like that?

How is that automatically insurrection, though?

Given the situation of unlawfully entering, bringing zip ties, after the crowd was calling to gang members it fits. He will have his day in court and of course presumed innocent until proven guilty

Brandon brought zip ties?

You're now talking about other people.

I'm pretty sure he didn't go inside the Capitol.
