The NFL has started hiring guys lately to be HC’s without coordinator experience. If you’re well respected, teams will give you an opportunity. There’s a ton of really good young coaches out there that no one has heard of. This guy deserves an opportunity.

I hope the guy is successful, but if he is so good, why didn't Aranda hire him at Baylor?
