So this female shows up at the resident's door. Did the trouble start because the resident would not let the woman at the door leave, or because she doesn't leave after a reasonable time and her boyfriend comes in thinking she's having trouble collecting a debt? You've told two mutually-inconsistent stories. Why should we believe either?
