I've been to buc-ees plenty of times in Texas and Bama and had the brisket sammiches a bunch. They are fine but not my favorite thing. They are definitely popular and fresh through.

Try the ham and cheese sandwich. Of a breakfast burrito or beef jerky or beaver nuggets or the chocolate covered pecans. Mammoth pecans, honey glazed pecans etc, etc, etc.
