I've always gotten really tired around 130 in the afternoon no matter when I woke up, even in college. Didn't matter when or what for lunch. Just needed that 15 minute nap. Feels weird not needing one
They give you a take home test. The machine gives a reading to an SD card. I give card to doc. He interprets results.
