Except it’s not a movie with a three act structure. It’s a 9 episode series, so it’s essentially the first 10 minutes of the story.
So in turn, it is your analogy that is terrible
I’d say 2.8, or essentially the first 3 episodes out of 9, would be more like 30%. Lol not “10 minutes”.

It's clear this show isn't going to appeal to everyone
It's more of a mindfrick than a battle. The more confused and immersed Wanda is, the more she loses touch with reality... and with her powers, the more she can then frick reality up. That's apparently the premise they are going with.
She's not a villain, so she wouldn't intentionally alter things in such a disruptive way. But being stuck in this weird state of mind where things are so whacked, she can do things without realizing it.
Wanda is stuck in a dream, and starting to exert her powers, and unaware that she might be doing things beyond the dream when she does. It's like sleepwalking, her powers will extend to the real world.
Most of what we've seen has been within the dream. I kinda expect we're going to see an episode soon where we see the effects of what she's doing.

You're so edgy.

Assuming the story is over after 9 episodes?
Your analogy still sucks arse.

So, essentially, well before (as the entire episode was great) the first act ends, you brain began to understand what you’re watching, even in its limited capacity.
Stories, I tell ya, never know where they’re going to end up.
