Well, one would think that Biden being 47 years of government service would know this but it is really more his team that should have set this thing up correctly...
However, it looks like they just thought you walk in and set up shop and all is right with the world... Kinda how they live life and what most of their ideals are based on...
They could have easily replaced anyone that could not get a clearance and/or gotten some temporary clearances between November 4th and January 20th... The closer they got to January 20th the more urgent things should have become for them...
Quite honestly, this doesn't bode well for how things will go for Biden...
