This reminds me of a burger I made once that was based on something I saw on the food network.

Bacon, brie cheese, sliced pears poached in bourbon and brown sugar, and caramelized onions.

The juices from the pears, the brown sugar, and bourbon that was left in the pan made an excellent ice cream topping.

I'm hungry now.
