So yall dont think with Sean blocking Aaron Glenn and now Nielson from advancing their careers as coordinators and having to stay position coaches will make future position coaches hesitant of coaching for the saints compared to other nfl teams? Remember, this same dumbass coach told Joe Brady he was ruining his career by leaving his 40k getting coffee for the coaches career to taking LSU OC job a year prior to this. Coaches that have multiple offers are going to stay away from saints because of Sean blocking multiple assistants from advancing their careers. If yall take off your black and gold sunglasses, yall would see it too.

Take your purple and gold sunglasses off, and you would see the HC of the Saints trying to salvage everything he can of his coaching staff, and you're shitting on him for doing his job and giving him a promotion instead of letting another coach leave his staff. Why is it Sean Payton's job to take care of LSU? Hint: it's not

Other NFL teams blocked position coaches from leaving too. So much so that the league just amended the rules on it in May. You just didn't know or care about that until yesterday.

You make all LSU fans look uninformed and down right stupid. CSP didn’t become a hall of fame coach by worrying about what college coaches in over their heads want or need.

CEO has a lot to learn about seeing a year or two down the road when it comes to sustaining his program. Take the L and learn from it.

Well apparently Nielson thinks a 3 year extension and asst. Head coach with the Saints is better for advancing his career than the LSU DC spot. If he really wanted that job he would have fought for it.

Imagine being so stupid to actually think this...... it just hurts. How can one come up with this conclusion with the amount of promotions and hirings happening right now in the Saints organization? Just some of the new opportunities for current Saints staffers so for: new GM, new head coach, new DC ..... but to think coaches wouldn’t want to be apart of the organization? Wowzer, what an awful take.

I didnt realize promoting someone to "assistant head coach" was considered "blocking from advancing their careers"

Do you realize how pathetic you sound?
