Stout, you need to pull in and say high motherfricker.

BYW, “Bank” is made when insurance companies pay what is owed. That includes auto and home/business. I haven’t seen a single check from an insurance company for damages to our business yet.

I will. I have been just as busy as you. Just need more bodies to throw at the work.

I know someone with over 70 damaged rentals. We have been repairing their units and they still have not seen one cent from insurance. Of course, their policy is in the millions when it does come but man they have put some money out of pocket to get roofs on and fix what they can.

Good luck to you bud. I don't know about your question but it doesn't sound pleasant.

There is some astoundingly wrong information on the previous pages. Presuming you and the future ex have not entered into some sort of (judicially approved) separation of community, everything (and I mean EVERYTHING you have bought while married is community property and is owned by both of you equally. Your underwear is 1/2 hers. Her makeup is 1/2 yours. The Jeep rubicon is owned by each of you in the following percentages.....1/2 and 1/2. It doesn’t make even a little bit of difference who’s name Is on the title.
If you have your own business you need an experienced divorce attorney ASAP. CAUSE 1/2 of your business is HERS ( presuming you started it during your marriage).

How much do you want for the 01 super duty?
