While i get the point, and agree...he really needs to have us as a regional host at a minimum to warrant keeping his job IMO

LSU should be a regional host pretty much every year. That’s the baseline for a good season IMO. I tend not to get too bent out of shape with what happens in the postseason because the format is such a crapshoot.

A) Are you under the impression that people are lying when they say this?

B) Specific teams and players have been discussed in several threads, which would be the documentation you are looking for.

How do you want to document every player being given an extra year in college + 25 less rounds in the draft + incoming recruiting classes.

Do you think the competitions going to be worse in the best league? (SEC)

College baseball's top 100 draft prospects for 2021, ranked by d1baseball.com

LINK

LSU 1 player listed (Hill - ranked 4 in draft)
Vandy 4 (3 pitchers - ranked 1, 2, 51 in draft)
State 4 (3 pitchers - ranked 20, 26, 28 in draft)
FL 4 (3 pitchers - ranked 7, 12, 51 in draft)
OM 2 (2 pitchers - ranked 22, 91 in draft)
SC 2 (2 pitchers - ranked 68 & 78 in draft)

State's bullpen is also stacked anchored by 2 pitchers that have been in the program 5 years due to TJ surgery. These 2 have 79 and 51 career appearances.

The SEC continues to roll along as the conference leader in our prospect rankings with 28 of the Top 100

Dude Vandy and State are STACKED on the mound this year. Like 3 Jaden Hills each. This team will have to do all the little things right to win series against those two or Florida.

No documentation required.

That’s from the fall. It was D1Baseballs fall report republished on ncaa.com. The interview took place before we had our P&G World Series.

I saw that but CPM also talks about the World Series opening his eyes and changing his mind, or something like that. It is in the first few paragraphs.
