I agree and I don't want to discount what he did especially given his age. I just a have a couple friends that have been with CHWY since 2016-ish and the impression I get from them is that Sumit has been much more the guy leading things over the years

Cohen is expertise here, not a trained CEO like Sumit. That guy’s been groomed to be a CEO for a while
