re: Biden to remove all gender protections in sports day one

The Supremes already redefined the term sex for one aspect and besides trans even threw in sexuality because you can’t talk about sex with considering sexuality as well or something to that effect. Though opinion went to great pains to say it only effected one aspect I don’t see how they can selectively apply it (don’t see how they can redefine it in first place so they will do what they want).

When people get to decide something and as some have done change back it’s a choice and not a right to be treated special in sports separated into the 2 different sexes than those living their biology. Even if one ignores that and says is not a choice they still aren’t changing their biology. We admit this when we already have certain regulations or requirements on when their trans will be accepted for sports in various sports including attempts to regulate hormone therapy one way or the other.

If we can’t have common sense to keep IX with athletics based on biology it should be dead and just have one team at each school for a sport and let competition decide.
