I don't ever see myself giving more than $500 for an acoustic.

But what if the guitar was the only interface between you and the music. No cab, no head, no amps, no reverb, no delay, electronics, wawa pedal, or tone shapers. When it's only what's in your hands and between the ears. And the choices are largely reduced to the strings, what woods, and the luthier, brand, or corporation.

Currently at eight and bid on one last week that I might should have gone higher on. Because sound is elusive, guitar greed is real, and our ears desire's often change from day to day.
