Yep. Pensions for govt workers need to go the way of the dodo bird. Move them to a 401k system like the rest of us.

The genius strikes again.
The fact of the matter is that it is cheaper for the state of Louisiana to run its own pension system than it is for them to pay the employer share of the federal taxes they would otherwise have to pay.
