Agree with this. Just because the guy didn’t come down and draw plays out on a white board doesn’t mean an “interview” didn’t take place.

LSU is handing out $2M salaries without knowing if the people know WTF they’re doing? Without even making them demonstrate anything?
They make Civil Service folks making 20k a year take a test.
