TD thread from March

I've written about it since then. The most recent time was on the, now erased, election board. The title was, "time to revisit the Stafford Act" or something to that effect.

To say that I didn't predict this is a bold faced lie. Although, I've come to expect nothing less from you. You're one of the worst posters on this board.
